After earning his business degree with a focus on entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Dallas, he initially considered law school, following the advice of the attorneys he had been surrounded by his entire life. But while studying for the LSAT, he realized his true purpose was business, not law. Instead of following the expected path, he chose his own—bringing everything he had learned in business school to his father’s law firm to see what
he could build.

What started as an experiment in 2015 quickly turned into a mission. Kirby transformed the firm’s operations, branding, and client experience, creating efficient systems that maximize case outcomes while eliminating stress for clients. At the core of his approach is a simple but powerful belief: put people first. Through top-tier customer service, clear communication, and relentless innovation, he has elevated the firm into something more than just a legal practice—it’s a movement.
